Any ideas as to how to get one of my two key fobs to work again? It used to work when I bought the car five months ago. If I replace the battery, will I have to get Porsche to reprogram it for my car?

battery you can take out as many times as you want. you can also switch polarity for few seconds (do search on furum) and see if it resets it. there is also a reset procedure in the manual but all this didnt work for me. i have gone throgh 3 replacement remotes as they just give up after few years. once you buy new one it has to be paired by the dealer. (dont buy used keyfobs unless they have a paper with a long code attached. they are useless without it but people keep selling these remotes on e-bay)
