Interesting sound / vibration last night...

Here are the chain of events.

1. Gas low, stopped to get fuel. Temp outside dropping to around 29 deg.

2. Fill tank, paid and pulled out.

3. Upon reving the engine and then letting off as I approached a stop sign...I got a strange vibration. A (best description I can think of) "bbbbrrrrrrrrrrrrr...." Felt it in my seat and the floor.

4. Turned left and rev'd hard to get through a light and continued up the road to 60/70mph.

5. Next light. I am now downshifting. Same feeling and sound as I let off the gas and then, throttle blip to downshift to 3rd (5000 on revs). "bbbbrrrrrrr" same thing.

6. I stop...then get going. from this point on...no sound or vibration.

I thought this was very odd. Any ever experience this before? Upon driving to work this morning (sunny and 19 outside), nothing...nada. I am not really to concerned. If it breaks...I'll fix it. :D Just curious...clutch / flywheel perhaps?
