996TT engine stutter under load

I don't have a picture of the line to show you, but it is the small one connecting the two pick ups that feeds into the sump. At the point in the fuel line the technician tested the pressure was to spec. However, it is volume under load when the sump drained that was the issue since it was just spraying fuel in tank. Not all of it, just enough for the sump not stay full and starve the engine when it needed it most.

We know exactly which line is at fault , it is the small loop hose as seen on this picture. very common on the TT....

Yep, finally had my tech order a stronger/better piece of fuel hose from Gates...no problems since.

I'm ready to do the same thing Wross. bought a piece of fuel resistant hose and clamps. Now waiting for the failure  ;-)
