Weird Central Locking Issue - Drivers Door Takes Two Try's

Hi guys

I have a late 2003 4.5 S Cayenne.

Basically, when you unlock the car using the remote the drivers door never unlocks. Lock it and unlock it again and the drivers door will unlock every time.

Any ideas what;s happening there??

Good day.

I've Cayenne S 2004. Great vehicle in general

Started to have problems with driver side door mechanism. Can't locate exact part on stores, nor ebay.

I can get WV Touareg lock. From the photos they are idendical. Is it possible to install? Considering most parts of WV is compatible with Cayenne
