Recommended Posts

well hello there all. i  purchased my very first porsche this week. its a 2002  carrera 4s with 114 xxx miles. the price range was right for me and i purchased the car online within a few hours of it being listed. ive never boughten a car without seeing it and have not to much information on how the shipping companies work. i was told its being transported here by something called central dispatch.has anyone done buisness with them before? and if so howd it go... my question to all of you is when i have my car delivered whats a few things i should be looking for before i sign off on it? any help would be much appreciated... i look forward to being active on here and communicating with everyone. thanks!!!

Do you mean accepting the car from the seller or from the delivery company?  These are different things.

From the delivery company it is easy.  There should be a copy of an inspection when they picked it up.  Driver will have a copy and the seller should have a copy.  Go over the car front to back to look for damage from delivery.  Take you time and do not be rushed by the driver.

As far as from the seller that's a much more complicated issue.
