Lost coolant, i'm in Costa Mesa CA.

Please help me id the coolant hose connector.

- It's made of plastic

- it's locatted under the engine oil inlet, screwed on the top part of the engine

it connects 2 hoses

- one hose goes down behind the serpentine belt

- one goes up to left above the engine oil inlet

Thank you very much

I appreciate your reply. Thank you.

The part number is 996.106.226.52

It's a 5$ part. The nearest dealer had in stock. 2 new clamps and 1 gallon of coolant later everything is back to normal, i hope.

I'm not sure i understand why it's made out of plastic!!! The old part was completely cracked and falling apart. What if some of it ended in the cooling system. I'm sorry but this is totally unacceptable. A sad and dissapointing afterthought.
