Who did the EPS Driveshaft support on their own?

For those that did I have a question for you. What did you use to remove all the old rubber on the bearing of driveshaft.. I saw a video of a guy using cutting wheels and sanding it down with that.. I dont think I want to go that route..

I bought the replacement drive shaft from Vertex... taking my time it took maybe two hours. Its an easy job, but do follow the instructions in the DIY section. Quite satisfying too.  If you have average mechanical skills, it should not give you much of a problem.  I chose this path over the support bearing fix since I wasnt sure if the bearing itself was on its way out.  Alll is good after maybe 5000 miles.
