High Beam Reflector

My right side low beam light and driving light both went out within a few weeks of each other. A friend and I (mostly him) were replacing them the other night and thought we'd pull the high beam bulb to see how it looked. It appeared fine. While trying to replace it, we had to push quite hard to get the washer to compress hard enough to reseat the bulb. This plastic holder/reflector broke at the two screws that hold it in place. We epoxied the reflector back in place the best we could. It appeared to be aligned ok. After letting the epoxy set for a couple of days, I installed the headlight assembly today.

I drove the car tonight for the first time and tried out the high beams. The reflector is clearly not aligned. There's a hot spot on the road about 15 feet in front of the car on the right side. Can a new reflector be purchased and easily installed? It doesn't appear to be something easy to access.

No.  Porsche only sold the bulbs and the complete light assemblies, no other components.  If you cannot repair your lights, you may need to buy a used but serviceable replacement either off someone of from a breaker's yard.

I was afraid of that. Non Porsche replacements online are $400 - $700. Think I can live with a misaligned high beam.
