Best find someone with a Durametric or Porsche PST2 or Porsche PIWIS diagnostic tool.

 

I actually already did that and they see exactly the same codes. We could see live how cyl 5 generates a lot of misfires. What's weird is there're really no other codes. (read with the original Porsche tester)

I remember we did a RennTech.org Work on Cars Day and this young man was doing maintenance including oil and spark plugs. He had missing all on one bank and he was sure he had tightened the spark plugs and snapped the electrical connections tight. After further inspection he had forgotten to torque down the 3 spark plugs on that side of the engine - so it can happen.

Also, check the hoses connecting the left or the right bank to the air-oil separator. If any of those is disconnected or strangled that bank will be making explosions as soon as you start the engine.

I have the same issue. Misfire codes on 4-5-6. Cleared codes now have pending codes as the same. This is after replacing Bank 2 Solenoid...Bank 1 lost timing but was re-timed. Both banks timed, New AOS, IMS,RMS,Fly,Clutch, now I can't drive it!! Ran better with disconnected MAF so I'm going to try a new one. Started a thread which explains all. Thanks V
