coolant display defected

i have Porsche cayenne 3.6 2014 

two days ago i had pressure leak in valve cover so open intake and thew out coolant .

And change Valve cover and fuel new coolant and start the car engine .

Now the problem is temperature not goes up and the reading of temprature is ----- and fan is in a high speed working 

and in the screen showing message (  coolant display defected )

does anybody have an idea how fix it

I have a 2011 3.6 and I'm having coolant leak by the flenge Under the intake Passenger side. I ordered today the flenge  part 95510623100 and gasket
95510643100.  And soon I have to open the valve cover to change the PCV diaphragm in the air oïl separator.  So let me know where you find the coolant leak in the valve cover or around the valve cover. Thanks
