can you store code ? every time i turn off switch i have re enter code. thanks

Hmm... sounds like someone rewired your radio.

All Porsche radios should be wired to unswitched power (which means they are always on).

Hello Loren,

Unfortunately I have not yet been able to activate.

I have read your FAQ and I understand the odds of not being successful.

One point I noticed: Using the TP function the device type shows BE4462 (NOT 6625 as on outside label)

Would type 4462 yield a different code for Serial 25013769 ?

Thank you,

Klaus

No, the code is based on the serial number.

So if you gave me the correct serial number - then you have my best guess.

OK, I understand, Thank you for your help, I will keep trying some other combinations.

Code needed for CDR220

Type: BE 6625

Serial: 15006014

Thank you !

This is a different radio than the one you requested in Feb 2009?

Yes Sir. I have purchased 2 used radios, this one already in hand, another one coming soon (don't have serial yet).

These are purchased from EBAY, I can point to the auction if you would like.

They are for 2 buddies of mine.

Thank you. I had a copy of the Becker software and came up with the same number based on my last 4 digits of seriall number. I am waiting to get back car from cam chain tensioners replacement and wanted to be ready to code the radio. I also searched the data base here and found out how to input #s. I have got a lot of good info here such as repairing convertable top drives etc. George

I had battery disconected on my 98 Boxster and lost radio code. Also I dont know how to enter code when I get it. Thanks, George

Becker CDR 210 Serial # 2282CU0W5020063
