Lost Radio Code - post your request here

Recommended Posts

Mine is a CDR-220

Becker 1

Type 4462

W5003121

1/99

The card that the original owner gave me has the incorrect serial and code, so I assume that the radio was replaced at some point, or he was given the wrong card at delivery. I'd really appreciate any help you can offer, because I miss my music terribly.

Loren - Thanks, but neither of those worked (unless there's a trick to entering them that I forgot). Any other possibilities?

Thanks again

Loren,

I think you may have answered this, but I can't find the response either here, in the Boxster site, nor the 928 site. Sorry, could you please give me the codes? THANKS

CR-210 Radio Code

Model BE2182

Serial number 5004353

Can you please give me the radio code. It's in a '89 928 S4 track car, as a retrofit.

THANKS Loren,

Gary Knox

Try 6904

or 6902

THANK YOU Loren, I read the preceeding 20 pages, and decided to got up and down from 6904 in single digits. 6905 Did it!! Danke Schon.

Gary Knox

Loren: Neither of these two worked. Any others to put in? THANK YOU.

Please read the previous posts - if the numbers I gave you do not work then you need to contact your dealer or Becker. Last I heard - Becker charges $30.

Hi Lauren. My radio is locked. Can you help a brotha out?

Type: 4462

Serial: 15085371

24/99

1999 Porsche Boxster 2.5

My name is Loren.

Try 3274

or

3272

Loren,

I tried the codes and they didn't seem to work. I'll retry in the morning after the "WAIT" disappears again. I might have mistyped. Sorry about the name mispell. I noticed right after I posted it. I have a friend named "Lauren" as well, so my fingers are just used to typing it. Thank you again for your help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I had been given code 9962, but it doesn't seem to be working

2001 Boxster

CDR220

Becker Type 1

BE4462

Serial Number 15088673

24/99

Thanks

Try 9960

or

9958

Thanks Loren - didn't have any luck with either of those codes. I had written 9962 on the side of the unit when I pulled it out two years. I decided to give up and put the blaupunkt back in.

I've read through this whole thread (phew). I guess since I have an older Porsche CR-1 radio without the code I am out of luck?

Dan

'86 928S 5-spd w/LSD

'93 968 Tiptronic

Get me the serial number and we can give it a try...

I got two numbers from the back of the unit itself:

POCR-1R0821899

V40821899B

Dan

'86 928S 5-spd w/LSD

'93 968 Tiptronic
