Hi, I am one of those people whose second hand Porsche did not come with a radio code, and I would be grateful if you would help me, as you have helped others. I have the CDR-220, and my serrial number is X5036774. Model is 4462. How do you do it? Best regards, Tony

I just purchased a new to me 2000 Carrera 4. The dealer "has a guy" who would "pull the radio" to retrieve the numbers so the code could be obtained. Renntech led me down a better path.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I just bought a 1999 996 C4 which I had to drive home without any soundsystem since the dealer only left me a four digit code and my radio wants a five digit (at least that is what it seems like). It is probably because the unit has been swapped since the car was new. It would not have been so bad if it was not for the fact that I bought the car pretty much in the other end of Europe and drove it for ~2600km before I was home...

Becker Traffic Pro High Speed

Model: BE 7824

Serial: 35000822

Any help that I can get is appreciated!

Thanks,

Tom
