Hi Loren, I have tried 1352, did not work then tried 1351, 1354 and still no good just waiting for reset code to try again. Any other suggestions much appreciated?

If that is your radio serial number ending in 8233 then the code I gave you (1352) should work.

Hi Loren, the original radio card states 233 without the 8, could we try based on this three digits. Thanks again.

No, my program requires the last 4 digits minimum.

You could remove the radio and see what is printed on the serial tag...

Cr-220

Type:44(5/6)2

Ser:x(5/6)02(9/8)1(h?)(5/6)

my radio is in a world of hurt. the parenthesis are because I am not sure which number it is. A strip at the bottom of the radio is dead so I cannot tell the difference between 5's and 6's, also 8's and 9's. If need be is there a more sure way to get the serial# without going through the system? Please and thank you

Sorry, I can not do a lookup without a good serial number - so you will need to remove the radio and get the serial number off the tag.
