Hi, Loren,

I've gotten lots of good info from RennTech and Thank You, for that.

I had the battery replaced in my 2001 Porsche Boxster and need a code to try.

It's a Type 4462, Model CD-R 220

Ser # 5052484

Luckily I read the Forum first and saw how to get the serial # without removing the radio.

Thanx in advance.

Try 5098

Hi again Loren,

Regarding the WAIT light, I'm waiting to try the code you sent me.  Does the key have to stay

in the ON position for this light to turn off and for an hour as I've read in some posts?  Please tell me if I need to run the engine.

Thank you!!!

Mary

Hi, just had to pop the battery off the car, so my CR-22 wants a code I don't have :(

I'd be grateful if you could try for this one:

Type: 4367

S/N:   Y5023075

Date:  24/99

Many Thanks

Try 1030

Thanks for the reply.

Tried that code and it just reset to the 4 asterisks again, so I assume that isn't the right one?

Thanks for the help

Yup, held TP and rotated the knob right and wrote down all the number as above.

Then there has likely been an aftermarket repair of that radio. Becker may be able to help or offer an exchange radio.
