CDR-23 radios are matched to the car using PIWIS - so yes, either a dealer or shop with PIWIS.

It looks like something is wrong with with the preset buttons 6-0,  when you try them nothing happens.  If I push 1-5 they do enter into the radio and the little * erase as I enter them.  So the buttons must be bad,  I think.
