Hi, I just purchased a 1999 Boxster tiptronic where the radio does not work. The seller told me that as soon as he replaced the battery, the radio stopped working. At any rate, I would greatly appreciate you helping me with the code.

Model: 1999 Boxster Tiptronic

Radio: CR-210

PR Version: R 3297

Serial # W5011414

I thank you in advance,

Daniel

Loren:

BE 4462

Ser # Y5051665

(Strange that code card that came with car, 2000 Boxster, when bought used from dealer in 2004, shows different serial number, thus useless code.)

I would have gone loony had I not been able to use your instructions to get actual ser. #. Much obliged

Thanks.

RR

Thanks 8203 worked

After changing battery (which is why I needed code) I found Lighter port is also not working but fuse is fine even though I changed it. Don't care about lighter but do need port for aux power and charging battery over winter. Where would I post query?

Again, thanks.

Hi,

I just bought a used 2001 Boxster and the 'code' message appears on the radio. I was able to get the SN:

Y5047065

It's a CDR-220.

type: 4462

24/99

Thanks!

Glen
