Hi, a request from England.

Got my Boxster 986 2001 out of the local garage (they fixed some electrical issues), and the radio was reset. As I bought the car second-hand, I was never given the code, so now I am stuck.

Following your instructions I got the following:

Porsche CDR-22

Becker 1

Type 4467

Serial Y5035863

Your help with the code is really appreciated.

Try 3115

or

3113

Please read the FAQ - The CDR-23's are security tested on the MOST (fiber optic bus) system to see if they are the "programmed" radio. Only a dealer or shop with a PST2 or PIWIS tester can replace a MOST bus radio (i.e. CDR-23, CDR-24).

Unfortunately neither of these two codes (3113 & 3115) worked, and following your suggestions I also tried 3117, which also failed (so now the radio is locked again to WAIT).

Anything I did wrong? Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance for coming back
