Lost Radio Code - post your request here

Recommended Posts

Good morning, everyone....my dad passed and left his 1998 Boxster for me...the battery died and the radio is locked. I have read through all the posts but couldn't find a matching serial # (if that even matters). Please pardon my ignorance, but could someone please help me? I am guessing the following information is needed:

1998 Boxster

Becker 1

Type 4362

SN # X5017147

Any help would be great! Thank you kindly. And again, pardon my ignorance.

Hello, looking for an unlock code for Porsche 996 10/2001 PCM1 Navigation with serial number PO221019JD37E.

Please READ the Lost Radio Code FAQ

"Can you give me a code for my PCM?

These units are manufactured jointly by Siemens and Becker, and the only place where you can get the codes required is from the dealer/OPC. The PCM?s require two codes, the ICS/Siemens code and a Becker code. The ICS is the first code requested.

Sorry, the only place you can get a PCM code is from a dealer/OPC."

Hi Loren,

Thanks in advanced for your help, you're a godsend to this forum

2000 Porsche 996 C2

4462

X5037936

24/99

Try 6904

Thanks so much Loren, it worked!!

I had the same issue a few years ago when I replaced the battery, I had to end up paying around 30 dollars to get the code from a website (I was a bit skeptical handing out my credit card info on the site, it seemed a bit shady.)

You saved me a good deal of time, effort, and money! Thanks again man I'm going to send a donation to this forum to keep it going.

Michael A.
