Use the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ to verify your serial number. Even the tag can be wrong if the unit was ever repaired.

Use the procedure then report your (internal serial number) here.

I lost the code (PCM, phone, nav) from my Boxster from 2001.

I still have the 2 original codes (nav and pcm) but the owner added a personal code and does not remember it.

What can I do or how to reset.

It is a european car

The serial pcmnumber is PCM: 020100844

You did not read the Lost Radio Code FAQ ...

"Can you give me a code for my PCM?
These units are manufactured jointly by Siemens and Becker, and the only place where you can get the codes required is from the dealer/ OPC. The PCM’s require two codes, the ICS/Siemens code, and a Becker code. The ICS is the first code requested.
Sorry, the only place you can get a PCM code is from a dealer/ OPC."

I have the 2 codes but the owner added a personal code and this personal code is missing.

From Porsche and in the servicebook are  mentionned the following codes

Navi code : 1581

PCM code: 8212

Is a reset possible?

Not to my knowledge -  unless a Porsche PIWIS is used.
