Trouble shooting XM Radio

Recommended Posts

Team,

Just got a new to me 2010 GTS, 90k miles. XM radio will not connect no matter how many times I 'refresh' the system from XMs side.  I did a full 'handoff/reset' to the radio to no avail. Any next steps to take? New to this vehicle, so not sure what the kinks are.
