When I bought my '99, my dealer -- per my request -- set up the doors so that they lock automatically at about 4 MPH. Since I now track the car pretty regularly, I'd like to have that changed to not lock the doors at all.

My independent shop has a PST2 but doesn't know the sequence of commands/keypresses to make that change. Can anyone help with the correct command/key sequence?

--- Tom

Go to the Alarm Section -->Coding-->Version coding

Then choose based on:

Version 1 - The doors are automatically locked as soon as the ignition is switched on.

Version 2 - The doors are automatically locked if the vehicle exceeds a limit speed of 5 km/h.

Version 3 - The doors are automatically locked as soon as the ignition is switched on. If the doors are opened while the engine is running, automatic re-locking takes place if the vehicle exceeds a limit speed of 5 km/h.

Version 4 - The doors are not locked automatically.

Note: Automatically locked doors can be opened by pressing the central locking button (central locking switch) or by pulling on the door handle twice.

Loren, is there a manual or guide somewhere that covers these things? Any directions on getting access to such a thing?

I'm particularly intrested in how to enable OBC on an 03S, I have read lots of guides but there is this cryptic reference to entering some secret code on newer cards that I can't find much detail on.

Any help much appreciated.

Chris.
