wiring for litronics on 99 and for 02 and up

Recommended Posts

Hey Loren and TP, I am going to do the conversion on my car to the newer 02 and up front end. I have everything figured out but I need to know what the wiring is for the 99 litronic buckets - receptacles where the litronics slide into etc. and the ones for the 02 if possible or I can figure it out from the former. Do you have a schmematic or color code for them? I am sure others who might do this down the road will also appreciate it. I will probably have my dad snap picks while I am doing it assuming he doesn't get on my nerves :) for a tutorial. Thanks in advance

Sean - SPR

Looking at the wiring diagrams is like Chinese to me. You or your shop are going to have to compare the lighting diagrams. I know it can be done since I have seen pictures of Boxsters with the front converted with the turbo bumper cover, fenders, and 996 Bi-Xenons.

A local Boxster owner, Danny, has done this conversion except he used the normal 996 headlights. Perhaps he will give you a start if he sees this. Danny's car.
