The image would imply that but I see nothing in the parts list that would validate that.

Best ask your ordering dealer.

Thanks Loren. As per my other post, I have removed the aerokit and am trying to get back to standard.

I assume it's basically just a case of replacing all these parts for the rear - I believe that's all that is removed when fitting the sideskirts?

Thanks again.

Perhaps you are confusing the bumper pieces with the underbody covers?

I'm not sure.

What I am after are the parts to replace the rear 'mudflap' pieces which is smoothly moulded to the body and is left over when you fit the aerokit sideskirts.

Maybe there are also front ones normally? Perhaps someone can let me know.

It's the bits shown here in figure 9 at the end. http://p-car.com/996/diy/aerokit/

regards

They are on the front.

Item 4? I will need to know for what model year too.

Thanks Loren.

I am not sure it's part 4, as I think this is the spoiler lip for the outer of the front bumper??

What I am after are two things.

Firstly, the standard rear mud flaps / splash guards that sit ahead of the rear wheels, where the sideskirts replace whatever is there as standard - it's the rubber small skirt that is moulded to the car.

Then, whatever (of there is anything) acts as a splash guard at the front, just behind the front wheels and on the sill edge - currently I have nothing, as I removed the sideskirt and replaced the single seld tapper.

It's a 2002 careera 2.

The picture you pointed me to are item 4 and are removed from the end of the bumper when you add an aerokit.

Perhaps you mean the air guides at the bottom of the wheel well liners? (items 7 an 8)

Thanks for the quick replies Loren.

I'm beginning to get more and more confused!

The part number 4 you mention - where does it actually go and why is it removed when sideskirts are fitted?

The parts on the link I posted - which are part number 4? The upper ones?

I take it the bottom parts are the rear splash guards I am after?

The part I want is shown here:

I think you want item 7 in post #2 above.

Left or right -- or both?

both please.

996.504.393.01

and

996.504.394.01

correct?

I also see there's an option of "satin black" - anyone know what would be standard on a polar silver car?

thanks
