GT3/Boxster interchanges

I know that the 911 3.4 will go into a Boxster. How about a GT3 or GT3 Cup motor? Of course, the intake and exhaust would have to be cutom work.Another thought: from what I've read, the GT3 heads have been worked to flow very efficiently. What about GT3 heads on a 3.2 block? Has anybody looked into getting 3.2 heads ported and polished? Maybe an Extrudehone job?

Gt3 engine was done by Todd. Look for x51 swap. I don't think the headers will work on boxster because of the way they are positioned in Carrera body. The intake was swaped before on the 3.2. I got eBay headers on my 3.6 for 75$ and they work great. They work on any Boxster. On my tiptronic I had to move a coolant line.

For a definitive answer, check with Roock in Atlanta. They did my 3.4 swap and we were talking about the other options. The price of the GT3 motor was more than I was willing to spend, but I think they could tell you if it's possible.
