  1. Ocean Blue Magnetic Door Sill

You can't get these anymore, but they are magnetic sheeting painted to match. It would be an easy DIY, I like that they protect the sills without being flashy. · 10/30/2007

  2. Painted Brake Calipers

It took me two days to paint my calipers red, two wheels at a time. They have held up better than expected over the last ten years, but they could probably use another coat of red paint to look like new again. · 10/29/2009

  3. Porsche Nose and Mirror Bra

I got this from another forum member for the price of shipping. But I did not get the lower bumper cover, just the hood and side mirror covers. Make sure you don't get dirt on the carpeted underside, it's a pain to clean. · 06/15/2008

  4. Porsche Roof Transport System

My first RTS came with the old style hardtop ear mounts, but I don't recommend using them. The body mounts are much better/quieter. It's a great option to have, just make sure it includes all of the correct hardware, because several of the parts cannot be purchased separately or replaced. The going price seems to be about $250-350 these days. · 10/09/2007

  5. Rear Speaker Kit (OEM)

I installed the OEM Porsche rear speaker to replace the useless cubbies in my storage box. For $130, this is a great addition to the Boxster. It does not cause a dramatic difference in the sound quality, but helps create a "fuller" sound. · 06/15/2008

  6. Red Clip

    +10 HP · 06/22/2007

  7. Removed Airbag Warning Labels on Visors

If you still have them use some rubbing alcohol and elbow grease to get he labels off, I have now replaced the visor mirrors due to broken hinges and the replacements came without labels. · 06/21/2007

  8. Replace CD Console Shelf

I got this from Suncoast, it is the second shelf, for the lower console that replaces the useless CD shelf. I no longer use CD's so this was well worth it. · 06/21/2007

  9. SkyBreaker Windscreen

This is one of my favorite mods. 986forum had a member that custom made center windscreens with embedded LED's to illuminate engraving on the plexiglass. Mine is a simple "Porsche" across the bottom. It is powered by the phone connector with a light control on the shelf under the steering wheel. · 09/10/2019
