  1. I just changed mine this week and used Motul gear 300 sae 75/90 API gl-4 / 5). Gearbox has always been a bit crunchy (second and third gear) and usually got a lot better when warm. Now the gearbox seems slightly better but not a lot. At least it seems this oil does the job just fine and is relatively cheap. Also, the bottles have a little soft plastic extrusion making it so you can fill the gearbox with a little bit of manoeuvring . I.e., no need for any special tools. Make sure you have something underneath to catch the possible spillages though since in my case the first bottle was a bit of a faff to get right.
