Thanks for the reply. I figured that it is too open-ended for a solution to be known. I guess I will just have to bite the bullet and pay for it to be dianosed. I will post an update once they figure out the issue.
In the meantime, feel free to chime in if you have any further ideas.

Curious to know what was it? I'm doing work on an 06 955 S just like this. I've never heard about this.

Yup agreed I found the issue . Pulled light cleaned connectors and wallah it's working like a charm.Make certain you're turning the tool in the right direction. One side is clockwise, the other side anti-clockwise.
You might pick up some "DeOxIt" before taking it out. Most intermittent faults with the 955 series are actually in the connector. Cleaning them is step#1.

The right blinker keeps going out from time to time and turning off car resets it. I'm guessing it's the pod in the light or the light not fully situated into the housing. Anyone? Is there anything special that needs to be done to pull the light out besides get the tool from cargo area. Thanks in advance.
