All bolts were tight both sides but I did find where the crankcase breather check valve connects to the air/oil separator what not completely pushed on. I made sure that connection was good and test drove again with same results.

Could be a air leak with the gaskets you changed. More notable at rpm' s before turbo charger is kicking in. I have something similar and it occurred after my service guy did the same work like you did now
Would you recommend trying to tighten them more or remove check the gasket?

I just replaced all 8 coils and spark plugs. Also replaced both valve cover gaskets, spark plug gaskets and cam adjuster seals. Now my Cayenne Turbo is very sluggish up to 3000 rpm but above 3000 it runs like a raped ape. Motor runs smooth. When first started it had code P0016 which I cleared and hasnt came back in over 200 miles. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Just wanted to say thanks for your input. Removed valve cover and this is what I found. Was lucky it didn't break off. Bent it back to position and now runs good as new.
