Thanks Loren, The hood light switch housing was attached to the front hood latch assembly. Odd system deisgned to activate the light? Seems as if the assembly in my vehicle was never lubricated and some slight bending of the flat spring that the white cam rotates on is all it took. Front light now works as designed.

Issue: Front trunk light does not work. Actions Taken: Pulled trunk trim pieces off to follow light wires, Wire disappear into main harness. Check bulb and tested OK, Switched light housing with rear trunk light (interchangable) and front light does not work. Tested for power from harness none there. Help: Where is the switch located for the front trunk light...I need to find this to test it. (I cannot find it in the Bently manual) Any other suggestions on where to look or what the cause maybe?
