If the code I gave does not work then it is likely that your radio has been repaired by a 3rd party (rather than Becker).
You will need to contact Becker North America to get this resolved.

I was able to validate the following info after following the instructions to pull the radio version and serial number:
Try 5278
Becker
R 1996
V5006551
please let me know if you could kindly provide the radio code as the one previously provided did not work.
Many thanks

will give it a shot...
Did you follow the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ?
The serial number on the radio can not be trusted to be correct (due to repairs).

Need some help. A while back I purchased a 98 porsche boxster with cr 210. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the battery and the radio now is asking for a code.
I was able to take the radio out of the car but the tags are gone. The only number that is visible is the one stamped on the side of the radio which is: BE2182V5006551
If someone can help me that would be great! I have no documents with the car unfortunately.
Thanks
