Also, working on headers, trying to bring some of the cost outta these things, they are priced way to high.

Yeah, that europipe is sweet, we did a whole 900 miles up and back the East Coast with that one on the car. For the money Miltek is the best bang for the buck, then Europipe. We are working on an inhouse exhaust currently, stay tuned.

How does the top of the seat belt come off?

Remove the B and C pillars.

Then remove the one bolt and washer from the small end and the two nuts from the larger end.

Remove the window from the bottom to the top (suction cups would be good for this.

The gasket comes out to outside of the car.

yes m8, straight on, well, they fit straight on my 996 c4s and they are the same.

The GT2 rears are a 12" whereas the standard TT items are 11"(I think)

will the tyres scrape the wheel arch once fitted??

My understanding is that the GT2 rear lips are rolled at the factory to fit the 12" wheels

Anything else is simply mandrell bent piping with hollow mufflers.

I have run 7 diff exhaust setups on our 650 hp 01 996 and frankly those 3 are the only ones with a good sounding porsche style note, the rest sound like outboard motors at best.

All of them flow about hte same and on stock apps wpnt matter either way, sound will be the real tale.

I just got my 03 996TT X50 back from the tuner. Diverter valves, headers, AWE exhaust and Giac.

2000 to 2900ish rpm and my teeth are rattling out of my head! I specifically went AWE because they say on the website, "No drone guaranteed". The tuner, of course, thinks this is normal.

The tuner called AWE and they said, "run it for 1500 miles and all will be good".

Has anyone had any experience with this? Is there a better solution like perhaps Tubi or Fabspeed or....?

Thats odd? Really aftermarket seems to affect cars with other mods, but nothing more.... HUm

I personally have yet to see either an after market or Porsche sport muffler system produce even 1 BHP more than you already had.
