Condensate drain tube
in DIY Articles - 911-1 Carrera (991) - Common Fixes and Repairs

If you take a sharp corner and your feet or your passenger's feet get a quick shot of water out of the vents, you probably have a blocked drain tube for the condenser box.. In my 2016 991-120 the condensate drain tube can be found in the front left hand corner of the passenger foot well, high up behind the foam-backed carpeting that can be bent down by hand. You can pull the black rigid tube (about 1/2" OD) that leads down under the car out easily from the soft rubber coupling and blow it out both ways without actually removing the fitting that attaches the coupling to the condenser box located just to the rear side of the firewall at the center of the car just above the hump.
