Steer lock Fault
in 9PA, 9PA1 (Cayenne, Cayenne S, Cayenne Turbo, Cayenne Turbo S)

Hi guys
We have a 2003 Cayenne turbo with no ING
The vehicle is showing STEER LOCKING FAULT
When scanning the vehicle we have no connection to any control units
We have checked all fuses & power supply's where the battery is located
Could any one please give me some input please
