I have 7mm in the front and 15mm in the rear. I don't think it really did anything for the handling but I really like the looks. It brings out the wheels to the edge and makes the car look tougher, in my opinion.

You are right, they do make a big difference in the look of the car. They also hide the exhaust well. As far as the install, the rear bumper doesn't have to be taken off. They are a pretty easy install. The best part is that they actually work, according to the manufacturer.
