I had the same CEL and stopped at the dealer. They said it was a heater for the ad blue fluid. Car has around 50k on it. They told me not to worry about it right now and that it is a recall.

Does anyone know if the DMV will require the Cayenne Diesel (2013) to have its emissions system upgraded in order to be registered once the Porsche campaign to upgrade ends? From what I have heard not only will performance be downgraded mileage will go down as well. I get about 23 mpg in town and 34-40+ on the freeway at 72mph.
Diesel emissions upgrade.

Anyone have experience with diesel emissions upgrade? Any fuel mile issues or performance issues? Does California DMV require something for registration renewal?
