  1. Last weekend I was in NY and parked my car in a parking garage. The parking attendant was trying to pull out of a spot and hit the curb with the right rear wheel and ripped some of the rubber off the tire and left a bad curb rash on my wheel. I'm supposed to talk to the manager tomorrow, since there was no manager on the spot at the time. Any one have any experience like this? I'm really confused on how to deal with this. Any advice would be helpful.

  2. I'm having some trouble with my driver's seat. The recline is messed up. Everytime I try to recline backwards it moves forward and the memory seat is all doing all sorts of funky random things. I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow. Anyone have this problem before? Also, the steering wheel makes some weird "whinning" noise sometimes when I try to make a right turn. It's definitely not the tires scrapping on something, but I can feel the steering wheel vibrate a bit. Any input on this?

Also, One more thing. My climate control makes some weird humming noise whenever the tempurature is 70 or above. I'm guessing it's something wrong with the heater. Anyone have this problem?

  3. Hi guys.

I got my Cayenne back today from service and I am having doubts about the bill. I initially went in to get a "check oil" message serviced. Also, I gave the dealership a set of H11 bulbs to replace the yellow foglight bulbs, and I also requested the side markers to be changed to the clear ones. I also got a "check right cornering light" sign on, so I requested that be serviced also. I got the Bill, and I got charged for the following.

$40.50 for 30 min labor for replacing side markers.

    $25.06 x 2 for the side markers

$2.30 x 2 for the side marker bulbs

$24.30 for 20 min labor for replacing cornering light bulb

    $18.78 for the cornering bulb

$17.68 for the engine oil(2 bottles)

    and

$178 for 2.20 hours of labor to replace foglight bulb. !?!?!?! doesn't make sense

The reason the dealership stated is that they had to remove the front bumper to access the foglights...

Also, shouldn't the cornering lights be under warranty???
