  1. Just now tried the "indy" recommended immobilizer reset. Crank but no start. So I put the jumper wire in to bypass the fuel pump relay and after several seconds of sounding like it might start it finally did ( 2 turns to start with about 4 seconds of crank over time). I then brought it to a smooth idle and while it was running I pulled the jumper out and installed the relay. It didn't stall and it's in the drive right now running. Help?

    Thank you for any suggestions.

  2. Hi guys, I have a 2003 Boxster 2.7 that has starting issues. I can get it to start by bypassing the fuel pump relay with a jump wire, but it doesn't seem to run right when I do. Relay is good, MAF  sensor new, fuel pump new last year but it's not a genuine Porsche part. CPS sensor good. When it does start after a long crank time it slowly coughs and stumbles to life, but then runs fine. No codes. Indy thinks it might be immobilizer. Last week it started fine for about 4 starts. I'm stumped. Thank you for any help. Garrett.
