Jacking The Car Without Putting System In Jack Mode?

Thank you for your kind advice. I can raise and lower the air suspension on demand. The only problem is that it won't enter Jack mode. I am considering if I can't put it Jack mode, I will raise air suspension maximum height and jack up the car. I expect It may not damage the air suspension system.....I don't have any other choice. In meanwhile, I will try diagnostic tool (I have Icarsoft for POR V2) as per advice.
