The hinges of my storage bin cover was rubbing against the airbag in the door. The dealer removed the door trim panel, insulated the hinges from the airbag and re-installed the panel. Months later I noticed that the trim panel is not fully enguaged in the door subframe (the Workshop Manual specifically warns against this improper installation). I am hesitant to ask the dealer to R/I the panel because I am concerned of possible rattle(s) after the installation (even if they put new fastening clips). Should I be concerned?
Probably.

Very nice, I especially like the look of the ceramic brakes on the black car. The only other thing I would do on that car would be to change out the front side markers for European spec clear's... Otherwise perfect!
Clear markers are on my desk. They'll be on for the next photo shoot.

Beautiful as always Ron! You know I'm your fan! :clapping:
But where are the sexy rear shots?
Thank you.
I just got the car back from the dealer lowered on H&R springs. More shots on the way soon (including the sexy booty ones).

So... what'ya think?
It'll be lowered soon.
Big file, so be patient. Then right click & next page.

How does one remove the door panel?
A schematic would be the picture worth 1,000 words!
This would make a great DIY!

I purchased several modules from the 997 factory repair manual.
They are not cheap... but I recommend them.
