Hi, did anyone work out what the issue was here? I have a 2006 Boxster (tiptronic) on around 85k miles. I am experiencing the same issue of the throttle cutting out under load but immediately coming back to life when I take my foot off the pedal and reapply it. Mine also only does it when I have been driving the car harder, it almost feels as if the ECU puts it into a sport setting and that is when I start having issues. If I then drive casually, the issue stops. I've recently had a major service and new spark plugs so no issues there.
