    Hi, Im looking to add the nav unit and was wondering what exactly I need. part #'s would be appreciated. I have the head unit with nav/map buttons, but don't have the module I think since not working. thank you.

    Hi, It been happening in the last two days.. Yesterday I lock the car, and later that day doors were unlocked, again last night I locked it and this morning doors unlocked but also, hood and trunk both popped up. again this afternoon doors and engine lid?? Any ideas whats wrong with the car? thanks MY05 C2 coupe

    Nevermind, Its spoiler brake light connector. But Loren, I am in the process of removing some mods from the car since its going for a trade... I took off my evo cold air intake, and installed my oem, but now the car starts up fine but 2 sec later, it feel like engine sufficating. then its normal but again when I press on gas.. any ideas? Is it caused by air intake swap? 99 C2 coupe.

    Hi, I am switching back to my electric spoiler from a fixed one, and put back the original harness, but there is an extra connector in this one, one for light, one for fan, and where does the other one plug in?? thanks

    I have a B&M short shifter installed on my 996, and am very happy with it... I am in the market for a 997, and was wondering if I could swap the ssk with base assembly into the 997. Any idea if it'll work? thanks

    Hi guys, Im thinking of getting a 05-06, possibly S. but coming from a 996 and after going thru engine blowup, not sure what to expect from the 997... Has there been any issue with the 997 3.6l or 3.8l engine? Any leaking issues? Was there any recall on any parts? How is the stock suspension at high speeds? Is the S rear width same as 4S's? thanks

    HI, Im switching my interior rearview mirrior to a auto-dim one.. looking at the TSB, they say I need a special for the removal, Is it doable with some pliers or I need to get that tool, if so where can i buy it? thanks Also just to make sure I don't need to plug power wires if I don't have exterior dimming mirrior, right?

    looks like the back cover is a part of mirror, and is not sold seperately. I guess it is missing on mine, since I bought it used.. :censored: Ebay!!

    There is a mistake in the part # posted ^^, I purchased the above mirror and harness, also cover 4B085759301C which seems to be front cover, but 8E08575934PK is for some other mirror cause it looks bigger and is for front also. Can someone please post the right part # for the back cover. thanks

    Hi, I bought a oem mkII gt3 bumper cover as a replacement for my damaged one, and they look the same but part #'s are different, and so Is the headlight trims and the lower lip ls shorter then the one I had..? So new one has 996 559 983 Z0, headlight trim 996 505 742 01 my damaged one 996 505 983 02, and headlight trim 996 505 742 02 thanks

    I have a cracked bi-xenon headlight for the 02+ 996s, with the washer cap, and since halogen ones don't have that washer cap (which I find much nicer, especially that Im not using the washer..), and are much cheaper, Im wondering if its possible to fit the xenon bulb assembly with ballast into a regular halogen housing? Are the fog lights the same on both models? What do you guys think, is it doable??

    1999Porsche911, what switch did you use, anyway to make a illuminted one work? I don't think you can use oem switches, you will have to keep your finger on it, you would need a relay to make it hold. And for the radiator relays, Its one wire on each relay(ground pins), linkin together then going toward switch, right? or different switches for both? thanks

    HI, I have a 99 C2 coupe, Im changing my spoiler to a fix one, what is the part number for the harness since its different with model/year. Also, anyone got the link for the spoiler light hack, and is it reversible. thanks

    I will be starting the reassembly tomorrow, I am not very familiar with the terms, so can someone specify me the torque value for the front strut : 1- 3 bolts on top into body 2- 18mm sway bar bolt and 14mm into sway bar thank you

    Hi, I purchased a Ruf front sway for my 99 C2, I was going toward another suspension kit, but ended up buying M030 row from suncoast at their amazing price. It comes as a kit with the sway bars, Can someone please tell me if its better to go with Ruf or M030 front sway, both are same size I believe. How are they different one from each other? thanks

    I have a 99 3.4l, It wont rattle if I leave it unbolted? I thought since I am lowering the car, I would be good to have one of these.

    so no bolt for the rear? Are these plates also used on other models too?

    the rear fastening point doesn't seem to align to any bolt, do I need to make a bracket for that?

    Hi, What are the mounting points of an engine protection plate for a 996? and what type of screws are needed. Thanks

    Mufflers does not need to be removed for a catalytic converters install! Sometimes it could be hard to remove sensor from cats, the right tool is required. My review of this mod : better throttle response, with a pretty good sound increase. Love it with my PSE!!
