Thanks Loren,
I was looking at the same diagram earlier, but couldn't tell what was what and what side the washer and nut went on.

I am installing newer style fenders and headlights and haven't figured out how the headlight adjusters attach to the fender and the headlight mounting bracket. The part #'s 996-631-079-00 and 996-631-078-00 come in a bag unassembled. My '99 setup is completely different.
Anyone have a picture or manual reference of what it's supposed to look like assembled?

I changed mine this weekend on my '99 and put in 9.5 qts as well. I let mine drain for at least an hour. That may make a difference.

I just recently installed a Kenwood DNX7100 Double DIN touchscreen unit. I think it is one of the best units available. It looks very clean (has a stock appearance) and has lots of nice features like Garmin GPS, DVD, CD, IPOD control, integration of Bluetooth phone, etc. I can watch a DVD movie, while listening to a track from the IPOD and don't forget to have a Starbucks between your legs. Everything mutes when an incoming cell phone call comes in. Cool!
