Sorry... 1997 Boxster.

Removed connector from ignition switch. When replaced, car would not start (engine won't turn over). Does something need to be reset? Don't have wiring diagram. Anyone know which wire at the ignition switch provides power to starter solenoid?

Detach support of steering lock on the assembly (arrow). The support is fastened with a screw.
The AC side vent must be removed to allow access to this screw.
Undo steering lock fastening screw A.
Unlock steering lock on the steering column (press spring-loaded pin B with a scriber) and simultaneously pull the steering lock out of the steering column.

1997 Porsche Boxster with Manual Trans.

I have removed the small bolt where the lock assembly joins the steering column. The lock assembly is loose but will not pull out of the steering column. What have I missed?
Security immoblizer?
