Congrats! Looks great in red!

So I bought a 2007 Boxster recently. It didn't come with auto dimming mirrors, and now I really miss them. Have any of you done a retro-fit? If so, what parts does one need to buy, and how much did the install cost? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks,
-
I knew about those. I was wondering if the ones in the photo would fit however. Are they the same part numbers? The ones in the photo already come painted in the aluminum look color. The ones in the link you provided have to be painted to match.

Wondering if thes Air Dam splitters will fit the Boxster? Anyone tried?
Thanks in advance.

Don't forget the 997 and 987 are basically the same car when it comes to the center console and doors , only the dash top is different. your other alternative may be to find a breakers yard that has a 987 or Cayman. May be worth extending the e bay search to worldwide, it may still work out cheaper even with the postage.
Thanks! That's a good tip!

Thanks! Any leads on the door handles (besides the OEM kit?)

You could try e bay. A lot of this stuff is actually made in China and the far East, often the suppliers try to sell it direct on e bay.
Can't find any on ebay. Lots for the 986, but none for the 987.

I have a 2007 Boxster (regular, not S). I am looking for an aluminum interior trim kit. I primiarily want a kit for the strip that goes along the dash and for the door handles to keep the cabin from looking too stark.
I know I can get the Aluminum look door handles with the armrest/cubby hole cover from the dealer, but I wasn't too interested in the armrest cover and $600 seems a little expensive for what amount to adhesive covers, even if they are OEM.
I could also get the strip along the dash that is standard on the S model... I may end up doing that if I can't find a whole kit.
Does anyone have any leads??
