I need the part # of the part under the ash tray that dampens the opening of the lid. It mates to the gears on the ash tray lid.

Does anyone know what the procedure is for replacing the Air Injection Diverter Valve and check valve? What needs to be removed?

What parts have to be removed to access the change over valve and check valve for replacement? The sit under the intake manifold and looks difficult to get to.

After checking fall the micro-switches and if they are not the problem, likely you need a new door lock. I had the same problem on my 97 boxster. Once I changed the door lock, no problems.
Fix mechanism that auto-lowers window when door opened?

I had a Porsche Boxster that had the same problem on the drives side door. It turned out to be the door lock module. There is a microswitch in it that controls the lowering. when you pull the door handle 1/4" the window lowers.
