The battery was disconnected on my 03 996 cab while at the body shop (getting new front bumper). The radio will not power up after the battery was re-connected. I checked the fuse box and the radio fuse was ok, but the sound package fuse (row D, fuse 9) was blown. I replaced the fuse but still no power to the radio. Any idea what good be the problem?

996.612.070.04 wiring harness may work.
That harness is for the Porsche Cabriolet "Carrera" spoiler. If your third party spoiler is a clone then it should work.
Thanks - I will give it a try.

There is a different wire harness for the wing electrics for a fixed wing car - and it varies by exact model.
You need to tell us the model and model year of your car. As well, what fixed wing? Porsche or 3rd party?
03 cab. installed cab aero wing from precision porsche.

Can someone advise me how to correctly wire a fixed wing to avoid getting the "Your wing did not raise" message when I exceed 75 mph? The message goes away when I turn off the car and only comes on when I exceed 75.
I installed a fixed carrera wing (cab aero wing from Precision Porsche) and re-connected the fan. engine area light and wing 3rd brake light. The three wires that went to fully raised indicator (I think) are wired together. The other 3 wires were left alone. The new 3rd brake light works fine. The original light no longer comes on ( which I expect is what it should do now).
Do I need a new wire harness or have the computer re-programed?

radio trouble

The radio (factory) does nothing, like it has no power at all (no light, nothing). Would there be another fuse on the back of the radio or some other fuse that might prevent power to the radio? The radio worked fine until the car battery was disconnected.
