Hi,
If I were troubleshooting I'd have a look at the
MAFs
fuel pumps
vacuum leak test
If they all prove sound check when the fuel filter was changed, they become gummed up after about 50k miles.
I've just swopped out MAFs and filter which cured both rough idle and the to lean error.

You could also add the Mass Air Flow sensor. Check your fuel trims, disconnect connectors to each MAF and re-check, if there is no difference then a likely culprit.

If you can't get hold of any Bose units you could think about changing the sub for an after market item, the 6" Bazooka bass tube fits behind the panel in the boot above the wheel arch with the liner removed. That is if you don't fancy the custom box route, which is a whole lot more hassle and money.
