  1. Hongkong should be okay; I only ever used email support, and they were very responsive and helpful! I wouldn't recommend programming the CDC offline; that shouldn't be an issue. Mine is online and works fine with the loop. I'd say it's the connecting fiber lines if I were to wager.

  2. (part 2) if not, the I'd check every single connection for dust particles. You'll need a magnifying glass (yeah, I know it's hokey, but it's either that or a jeweler's loop). The behavior is definitely a reinitialization loop for the MOST system. If you just purchased the mobridge, they have a decent support staff.   3. it's not necessary to take out everything really, the trick is to just make sure the loop is in place and connected to the mobridge unit. If I were a betting man, you've got a bad connection now somewhere. That can be a single speck of dust, or a broken fiber line. I'd replace the original hardware and see if it still misbehaves. If so, you broke the original line.
