After washing th car, I get a brief battery/alternator light. Obviously from the pulley being wet and the belt slipping. Is this a tighten the belt issue or treat with benign neglect?

Is there any problem with the SRF mixing with the remnants of the super blue from the flush?. Should I have completely drained the system first?

I don't drive it much in the winter, but the Meguiars Engine Kote offerers good protection from road salts and also give a bit of water repellent action. Even without the engine Kote (hose the undercarriage when you clean the car), I don't think you would have any problems and certainly will not void the warranty as it's a shipping protection coating.

It's cosmoline, used to prevent salt water corrosion on its trip over. I removed it, as when it heats and softens dirt sticks to it.

You can remove it with an engine de-greaser, Einmann Fabrik makes a good one. You may also need some turpentine and brush in areas that have a thick coat. Follow up with Meguiars Engine Coat for protection ( it's a type of spray on wax)

I was told it was for a GT2 wing, turns out it has no brake light attachment and is too short

I bled them all, the last flush was from the dealer. The thought did cross my mine that it wasn't purged, and it was still the factory stuff, not the ATE that they put in.

May be time to do more bleeding.

Bleed order Rear right / rear left / front left / front right.

I never got any blue on the right rear, which i don't understand, there should have been some blue in the lines right?

I bled my brakes tonight, switched from Super Blue to Castrol SRF.

Suctioned out the reservoir and filled with castrol, then used the Power bleeder.

The strange thing was that when I went to drain the lines starting at the right rear caliper, I got clear SRF not blue first. The other three calipers bled blue then clear. Any reason for no ATE super blue in the right rear?, seems odd.

I'm putting in a CO2 sprayer for the intercoolers, the wiring diagram for the switches requires a 12v source that turns off when the ignition is off.

Where's the cell phone connector?

Which is a hot wire under the seats. I have the stock seats out, and GT3's in so plenty off plugs and wires, but can't find power with my meter

I also purchased a console from Imagine Auto. They do a great job, and it's a very fair price. I also got a center console painted by them.

It is possible to get a good body shop to do it.

To answer my own question 0.67 qts.

Castrol's thinking is that it is so non-hygroscopic, that you don't need to change it after every few events/races. So in the long-run the high price evens out.

Anyone know how much fluid a full flush takes?

But it is vacuum that's needed. The company said the fuel pressure regulator is where they usually tap, but they have never had a unit installed on a TT

I'm installing a Co2 cooler over the intercoolers. The solenoid works on a pressure switch, designed to mount on the fuel pressure regulator line to signal acceleration. I think I can see it but it's buried. Any other lines in easy access that I can use?
